We Will Never Forget
A First Hand Account of September 11th, 2001
On the morning of September 11th, 2001 I was sitting in my
office in the World Financial Center directly across West Street
from the twin towers of the World Trade Center.  As a
consultant I worked wherever my clients needed me.

Until a few weeks previously, I had been working on the 63rd
floor of 2 World Trade Center.  As I sat there working I felt a
vibration run through our building.

I raised my eyes to the ceiling and thought to myself “What on
earth are they moving around up there?  This building doesn’t
usually shake when they move heavy equipment around!”
This is the speech that Heather finds hardest to give but she feels it one of the most important.

Her own personal experiences of that dreadful day are laid bare for everyone to hear.

It is Heather's hope that by sharing her thoughts, fears and survival experiences, it will help
others to understand why those who were there need to move on, but will never forget.
